Terms of service
runup is a launchpad. A coin launched here has a vault of tokenized assets under it that grows with trading and that holders can redeem by burning the coin. The vault is not a price floor, not a guarantee and not an investment product. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties under their own terms.
1. What runup is
runup is software that lets anyone launch a coin with a vault and trade it. runup never holds your funds or your keys. Every transaction is built by our server, signed by your wallet and only then sent to the network. If you turn on one-tap trading, you allow runup to sign trades for your embedded wallet, capped per trade and per day; you can turn it off at any time.
2. Who may use it
The tokenized assets in a vault are issued by third parties and are not available to persons in restricted jurisdictions, the United States among them, as listed by each issuer. By launching a coin or making your first trade you confirm you are not such a person.
3. Fees
Every coin carries a transfer fee chosen at launch that is locked after graduation, a curve fee on the bonding curve and a redeem fee when coins are burned for the vault. Every fee is shown before the action that pays it, together with how it is split between the vault, the creator and runup.
4. The vault
The keeper buys allowlisted assets into the vault from the fees a coin collects and pays out pro rata to total supply when coins are burned. Redeeming never depends on runup being online: the program on chain does it. The keeper may hold a fee budget between cycles, and thin markets can delay a purchase.
5. Issuer rights
Tokenized stocks carry their issuer's rights, including freezing, pausing transfers and clawing back holdings under the issuer's terms. If you redeem while an asset is frozen or paused, you receive nothing for that asset and its share stays in the vault for the remaining holders; waiting until it is unpaused avoids this. runup cannot override an issuer.
6. Moderation
Names, images and links are screened. A coin can be hidden from runup's lists and pages. Hiding does not touch the vault or the chain.
7. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on runup is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The software is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, runup and its team are not liable for losses from using it, from the behaviour of third-party issuers, wallets, networks or markets. You agree to hold runup harmless from claims arising from your use.
8. Changes and contact
These terms can change; the version and date at the top tell you which one applies. Governing law and venue will be stated here once settled. Contact: hello@runup.trade.
